This ad is for one full-time and one part-time Behavior Technician at our Bay City ABA Clinic. The part-time position could turn to full-time depending on need. The applicants for these positions would need to be available until 4:30pm at least two nights per week M-F.

Job Description:

Under the supervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician (BT) will work one on one with a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder. They will implement treatment plan goals and follow behavior protocols. The BT will collect data on skill acquisition as well as behavior reduction, and write detailed notes at the end of each session. The BT will also assist with toileting and meal preparation for each client. The BT may also be asked to lead small group sessions and assist with material preparation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
