- Writes monthly reports and narrative notes.
- Facilitates teacher understanding of emotional issues effecting classroom performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in School or Professional Counseling with certification required.
- Master’s Degree in Professional and School Counseling from accredited college or university preferred.
- Clinically supervised education/training in individual, group and family therapy with LPC credential preferred.
- Basic computer skills or willingness to learn.
- Two years experience in a special education school or a school working with adolescents exhibiting emotional and behavioral issues is preferred.
