About Job

Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


We are searching for a BoardCertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our partner schoolin Red Lion, PA for the full school year. We are searching for a friendly and compassionate applicant to join our Special Education team!

Position Details:

  • 2025 - 2026 School Year
  • Full-Time: up to 40 hours per week or Part-time candidates will be considered!
  • Caseload: K - 12th grade; precise caseload details will be shared throughout the interview process.
  • Pay Range: $45 to $60 per hour, based on prior experience.

Requirements:

  • Must have a Masters Degree in one of the following: School/Educational Psychology, Behavior, Special Education, or a similar field
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
  • Must hold a National BCBA Certification

General Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify the root causes of troublesome behaviors.
  • Create tailored behavior intervention techniques based on evaluation results.
  • Collect and evaluate data about student behavior.
