Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification in good standing (active or inactive, not expired)
• Experience working with moderate - severe behaviors and with special education populations
• Must have training on de-escalation, familiar with CPI, and able to handle difficult situations.

Position Highlights:

• Full-Time: 35-40 hours/week
• Onsite Only
• Caseload: K - 12th grade; additional details will be discussed during the interview process
• Implementing a behavior program in collaboration with teachers working in behavior classrooms.
• Providing RTI strategies through the program to General Education Teachers.
• Helping to train teachers on how to implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Assisting with the FBA process of observations

• Duration: August 2025 - June 2026 Hourly Pay: $25-30+ dependent on experience
