A middle school is seeking a licensed Social Worker to join their team as a School Social Worker (SSW) on a contract basis. This role can be either part-time or full-time and will focus on case management and providing social work services to students to support their academic, social, and emotional development throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a case manager for assigned students, coordinating with teachers, families, and external agencies to support student well-being.
• Provide direct counseling and social work services to address issues impacting student performance and behavior.
• Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborate closely with school staff and administration to promote a safe and inclusive school environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and district policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid School Social Worker (SSW) credentials.
• Experience working with middle school-aged children preferred.
