Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


An opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist to provide essential support within an elementary school setting. This contract position, lasting for the entire school year, offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' academic and emotional development in Stamford, CT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments to identify students strengths and needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior interventions
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
  • Support the development of positive school climates through consultation and trainings
  • Assist in monitoring student progress and adjusting strategies accordingly

Required Qualifications:

  • Licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working in elementary school environments preferred

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage caseload and meet deadlines effectively
