This full-time Social Worker position is based in an elementary school setting in the Chicago, IL area. The role involves providing early intervention services to a maximum of 40 students, working alongside a part-time social worker to support students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver early intervention and social work services tailored to elementary-aged students.
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement individualized support plans.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Advocate for students well-being within the school environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with school policies.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Licensed Social Worker with experience in school settings.
  • Familiarity with early intervention strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to supporting children's mental health and academic success.

Position Details:

  • Full-time schedule, MondayFriday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Contract duration: Current School Year (CSY).
  • Elementary school environment within the Chicago area.
