This role provides a meaningful opportunity to support K12 students academic, social, emotional, and behavioral success while working closely with teachers, families, and school staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments to identify students strengths and needs

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans

• Provide counseling and support services to students individually and in groups

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote student well-being and academic achievement

• Consult with staff to provide strategies and interventions that address learning and behavioral challenges

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program

• Valid Michigan School Psychologist license or eligibility to obtain

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
