Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with educators and families

• Coordinate with community resources to connect students and families with additional support services

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program
