Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


A contract position is available for a School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services for students in grades K-12 at an elementary school setting. This role is based onsite in Edgewood, MD, with an expected commitment of 35-40 hours per week throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to support student learning and development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide consultation and counseling services to students, families, and school personnel.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to promoting a positive educational environment.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with district policies and state regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Maryland School Psychologist License.
  • Experience working within K-12 school environments preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload.
