What You'll Do:

• Team Operations Support: Coordinate schedules and logistics while contributing to our newly streamlined operational processes.
• Financial Stewardship: Generate accurate invoices and manage receivables with our improved systems and procedures.
• Emergency Response Coordinator: Participate in our fairly structured on-call rotation, ensuring clients receive prompt assistance when needed most.

Who We're Looking For:

• Detail-oriented professionals who thrive in dynamic environments
• 5+ years of passionate customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in the restoration industry or with QuickBooks (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings
