We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead and inspire our care team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in home care, healthcare, or related fields, who can ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to clients. The Care Manager will provide guidance and support to staff, maintain care standards, and promote continuous improvement. This role requires a confident leader who can resolve complex client concerns and drive team performance while maintaining a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the Care Team to ensure high-quality client care.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with caregivers and clients.
• Prepare and analyze department reports and generate performance metrics as needed.
• Record visits and maintain accurate documentation.
• Perform compliance checks within the department.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: College degree preferred.
• Experience: One year of related experience or training; caregiving, nursing, or home care experience is a plus.
• Skills:
• Basic proficiency in computer applications.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong relationship-building and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet the demands of a fast-paced role.
