Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Tulsa, OK. The Licensed Professional Counselor will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, maintaining client records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The counselor will also provide crisis intervention, conduct assessments, and participate in continuing education to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications

- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent licensure in the state of Oklahoma
- Experience in providing individual and group therapy
- Strong skills in developing treatment plans and conducting assessments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and empathetic demeanor with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to continuing education and staying current with industry best practices
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
