In this role you will:

· Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

· Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans for at-risk students

· Connect families with community resources and support services

· Participate in IEP and 504 Plan meetings as needed

· Promote a safe and inclusive school environment

Position Details:

• Duration: 2025-2026 School Year
• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Regular School Hours
• Caseload: K-12 (Multiple Positions Available)

Required:

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• School Social Worker or the ability to obtain
