Therapy Works Counseling Services, PLLC was founded in 2017 by Ana Marcela Rodríguez to fill the need for Spanish-English bilingual counseling. Since then, we have grown into one of the DFW area’s most respected providers serving the Hispanic/Latinx community with high-quality, culturally attuned mental health care.

As the first all‑Hispanic bilingual group practice in Dallas–Fort Worth, we proudly bridge language gaps to deliver effective, empathetic therapy. Our pioneering model not only advances mental health access—it fosters inclusivity and empowers a vibrant community to seek the support they deserve.

Role: Bilingual Mental Health Clinician (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)

• Full-time, on-site in Dallas, TX
• Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical records, and delivering therapy services in both English and Spanish.

Must-haves:

• Valid LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in Texas

• Fluency in English and Spanish

• Proven experience in mental health counseling

• Strong interpersonal, documentation, and teamwork skills
