Job Summary
You-Turn Residential is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) to join our growing clinical team. We are open to fully licensed professionals as well as Residents in Counseling and Supervisees in Social Work who are actively working toward independent licensure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinician in one of our program areas (e.g., Crisis Stabilization or Community Stabilization)
• Provide direct mental health assessments, counseling, and therapeutic interventions
• Develop and implement individualized service plans in accordance with DBHDS and DMAS standards
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and training as required

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Active LMHP, LMHP-R, or Supervisee in Social Work license in the state of Virginia
• Knowledge of crisis stabilization and community-based mental health services
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
