Lotus Consulting is a well established, dynamic, thriving practice downtown Ann Arbor, MI currently seeking fully licensed counselors, social workers or a psychologists to join the team in Ann Arbor, MI.

These open positions will be responsible for providing psychotherapy to adults 18y/o+. Selected clinicians will join the rest of the Lotus team to work with individuals to address mental health concerns, develop and implement interventions, and provide ongoing support for clients. These are office or hybrid positions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling or psychology from an accredited institution.
• Experience working with individuals in psychotherapy.
• Knowledge of best practices and effective interventions for adults with mental health concerns.
• Ability to communicate and navigate work responsibilities effectively with clients, staff, and colleagues.
• Ability to provide a minimum of 2- 3 days of services in office while the rest can be virtual.
• Active FULL clinical license i.e. LMSW, LPC, LLP and work authorization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical services to individuals in the state of Michigan.
• Conduct intake and ongoing psychotherapy sessions.
• Develop treatment plans based on client's presenting concerns and goals for treatment.
• Collect data on progress toward goals.
• Collaborate cooperatively with other professionals within and outside of Lotus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $69,107.27 - $105,980.50 per year
