Position Details

• Title: School Social Worker
• Location: Ypsilanti, MI
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Compensation: $43–$48 per hour | Weekly pay
• Benefits: Offered to full-time employees starting on the first day of employment
• Location Type: On-site only
• Travel: Travel stipends available for non-local candidates willing to relocate for assignment

Responsibilities

• Provide social work services to support the academic, behavioral, and emotional needs of students
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized support plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to promote student success
• Deliver group and individual counseling sessions
• Ensure compliance with state and district guidelines

Requirements

• Valid Michigan School Social Worker License with a 310 Endorsement
• Experience working in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, advocacy, and collaboration skills
