Job Summary
Growing mental health private practice seeking a mental health therapist to be part of an inclusive and positive team committed to providing the best quality mental health treatment in the Auglaize County community.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, provide crisis assessments as needed
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities that are evidence based such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness therapist, client centered therapy, and motivational interviewing
• Document clinical progress, maintain accurate client records in a timely manner, and adhere to all ethical and legal requirements
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, training, and professional development
• Collaborate with other providers and community resources to ensure effective and coordinated care

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
