Client Care Coordinator
Full-Time Position in PLAINFIELD, CT
-Mon to Fri 8am to 4pm

-Talk to elderly clients, their family, case managers etc. to discuss issues related to help they need at home
-Talk to caregivers and assign shifts/jobs to them
-Update schedules in our systems for clients/caregivers
-Special projects or tasks related to client care and customer service

-Training provided, relevant experience preferred but not required
-Must have excellent phone skills and customer service skills
-Clean background
-Must be reliable and have a reliable car
-Must be comfortable using computers/multiple systems
-Be comfortable working with others in the office as a team member
