Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children with autism. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing support to clients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify the needs of clients.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Conduct training sessions for staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Participate in intake processes for new clients, ensuring thorough understanding of their needs.
- Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and special education.
Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Proficiency in data collection methods relevant to patient assessment and treatment evaluation.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation practices, and HIPAA compliance.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- A background in special education or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $78,447.96 - $94,474.97 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
