Position Summary:
We are seeking a Clinical Therapist who is empathetic, skilled, and client-centered to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide individual, couples and family therapy to a diverse clientele, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and contribute to the supportive and collaborative culture of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health services to individual, couples, family therapy sessions to clients across the lifespan.
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and agency standards.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and staff to ensure coordinated care.
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and continuing education as required.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based approaches in the mental health field.
- Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Active Illinois clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LCPC, LMFT). Candidates with an LPC or MSW pursuing licensure may be considered for associate roles.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience providing direct therapy is preferred.
- Familiarity with evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care).
- Strong clinical judgment, cultural competence, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Comfort using electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with couples, families, children and diverse populations
- Specialized experience in trauma, substance use, or family systems is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is highly valued but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 – 25 per week
