Overview
We’re looking for a Licensed Esthetician with at least 1 year of experience and a passion for helping clients achieve visible results. You’ll provide T-Shape 2 skin tightening and body contouring treatments, educate clients, and recommend packages to maximize results. The ideal candidate is a Licensed Esthetician with at least one year of experience, a warm and calming presence, and a genuine passion for client care. This role requires not only expertise in aesthetics and body contouring treatments, but also strong customer service and organizational skills. You should enjoy helping clients achieve visible results, be motivated to recommend and sell treatment packages, and feel confident in managing appointments, coordinating guest services, and promoting our offerings to support client wellness goals.

Duties

• Provide professional T-Shape 2 skin tightening and body contouring treatments
• Educate clients on treatment benefits, pre- and post-care, and expected results
• Recommend and sell packages to help clients achieve their desired outcomes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up care
• Coordinate guest services by managing appointments, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting overall client satisfaction
• Promote services effectively to drive client engagement and package sales

Qualifications

• Current, active Esthetician license in the state of practice
• Minimum 1 year of professional esthetician experience
• Experience with skin tightening or body contouring treatments strongly preferred
• Proven background in customer service or guest services within a salon or medical spa environment
• Knowledge of general beauty and wellness treatments
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies
• Strong management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate services and lead effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for positive client and team interactions
• Warm, calming presence with a focus on client comfort and satisfaction
• Goal-driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets
• Experience with social media management for promotional activities is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
