Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated behavior aides to work as subcontractors to support children and parents who have open cases with the Department of Family and Children services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background of working with children and also demonstrate the ability to provide high-quality support to clients. This role is essential in fostering a safe and nurturing environment for individuals requiring specialized assistance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services in home school and community settings.
• Teach coping, problem-solving and communication skills
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with social workers, therapists, and other professionals to develop individualized care plans.
• Engage with clients through recreational activities, promoting social interaction and skill development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's in psychology/social work preferred)
• Experience working with children and families.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Experience in behavioral health settings or social work is preferred.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in all interactions.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
