What You’ll Do

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to RBTs
  • Lead parent training and caregiver collaboration
  • Deliver direct services (if desired) to stay clinically connected
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to drive clinical excellence

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Must be credentialed with Georgia Medicaid and all Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) or eligible and willing to complete the process immediately upon hire
  • Ability to commute or relocate to the Augusta, GA area
  • Leadership mindset, clear communication, and a passion for team-based care
