What You’ll Do
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to RBTs
- Lead parent training and caregiver collaboration
- Deliver direct services (if desired) to stay clinically connected
- Collaborate with our leadership team to drive clinical excellence

What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Must be credentialed with Georgia Medicaid and all Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) or eligible and willing to complete the process immediately upon hire
- Ability to commute or relocate to the Augusta, GA area
- Leadership mindset, clear communication, and a passion for team-based care

Pay: $78,980.55 - $91,560.10 per year
