What You’ll Do

• Assess clients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Supervise and support RBTs
• Collaborate with families, schools, and care teams
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
  
  

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Must reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of the Georgia state border (per Medicaid guidelines)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Empathetic and flexible mindset
