We are seeking an experienced LICSW Clinical Supervisor for our Springfield Outpatient Clinic to lead and support our clinical team.

• Responsibilities include overseeing evaluations, providing direct care, supervising staff, ensuring documentation accuracy, participating in team meetings, and addressing staff concerns.
• The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in human services, counseling, or social work, at least three years of therapy experience, one year of supervisory experience, and current LICSW licensure in MA. Bilingual skills and strong interpersonal abilities are a plus.
