Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing qualified and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a full-time, school-based position in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative educational team dedicated to student success.

Position Overview

As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in supporting students by developing and implementing behavior plans, supervising RBTs, and delivering full-spectrum student services in accordance with district goals and standards.

Responsibilities Include:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Collaborate with IEP teams, educators, and families to support student outcomes
Collect, analyze, and report on student data to drive behavioral strategies
Deliver training and coaching to staff on behavior interventions and best practices
Maintain documentation and compliance with all district, state, and federal guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements:

Active BCBA certification through the BACB
Valid Pennsylvania State License or eligibility to obtain one
Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
Ability to pass background checks and clearances required by the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PA State Police clearance, FBI fingerprinting, and Child Abuse Clearance)
