Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing qualified and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a full-time, school-based position in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative educational team dedicated to student success.

Position Overview

As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in supporting students by developing and implementing behavior plans, supervising RBTs, and delivering full-spectrum student services in accordance with district goals and standards.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • Provide supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Collaborate with IEP teams, educators, and families to support student outcomes

  • Collect, analyze, and report on student data to drive behavioral strategies

  • Deliver training and coaching to staff on behavior interventions and best practices

  • Maintain documentation and compliance with all district, state, and federal guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification through the BACB

  • Valid Pennsylvania State License or eligibility to obtain one

  • Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

  • At least 1 year of experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

  • Ability to pass background checks and clearances required by the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PA State Police clearance, FBI fingerprinting, and Child Abuse Clearance)
