A full-time Social Worker position is available in a K-12 school setting, supporting students in special education programs. This contract role runs from August 26, 2025, through June 6, 2026, and is based on-site in the East Lansing, MI area, with specific openings at school sites in Eaton Rapids and Charlotte.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 40-50 special education students.
• Provide counseling and support services primarily through Individualized Education Plan (IEP) interventions.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other school personnel to address student needs.
• Conduct assessments and facilitate access to community resources.
• Advocate for student well-being and assist in developing strategies for academic and social success.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Social Work or related field.
• Experience working within K-12 school environments, particularly with special education students.
