McNulty Counseling and Wellness is a family owned mental health counseling center with four locations throughout the Tampa Bay Area. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is willing to share our philosophy of promoting balance and wellness from a holistic approach at our thriving private practice in Sarasota (close to 275 and Fruitville rd.)

Job Description:

We are now recruiting a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Couples and Family experience in our Sarasota location. All applicants must be fully licensed and have at least 2 years of Couples experience. (NO INTERNS)

Expectations:

Maintain a caseload of at least 20 +client hours per week
Ability to work 3 evenings per week (until 6:00)
In-person sessions on location, with occasional tele-health appointments based on client need.
Primary caseload of couples and families, with the ability to see individuals as needed..

Qualifications:

Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) to work with couples and families, as well as individuals, with a caseload of 50% or more that is couples.
Must have experience working with Couples.
Must be willing to work evenings until 6:00 p.m. (3 nights a week)
Must be willing to see clients in person at our Sarasota office.
EMDR training or certification is a HUGE bonus!

Our practice is staffed with 3 full-time Client Care Coordinators that are dedicated to assisting established clients with billing, scheduling, or any other concerns, as well helping new clients get matched with the perfect therapist with them. This allows us to handle all of the administrative aspects of the practice, and lets you focus on being the best for your clients!

Pay structure:

Hourly rates:

Clients pay: $175 for Individual session/ $210 for Couples/ $225 for Families

Clinician paid per hr: $88.50 for Individual session/$105 for Couples / $112.50Families

All of our therapists are in the top 10 percentile for salary in comparison to other counselors in their field. Clinicians are 1099's and are considered independent contractors. You are paid per client seen, so we encourage applicants to take this into consideration when applying for this position because while it may be slower for the first couple of weeks, we have a very successful marketing on-boarding process for our new clinicians with a goal of 15 -20 clients per week within 3 months (maybe sooner). This is heavily dependent on your availability that you can offer. We do not offer other benefits.

Finding the best fit for our practice is important to us-so finding a workable and enjoyable schedule is something I'd like for you to achieve. Some clinicians choose to work 4 days a week and see 6-8 clients. Others work 3 days a week. Plan to see a minimum of 15-20 clients a week and the maximum is really up to you. We have found evenings are the most sought out session times. It is required that you dedicate at least three nights a week until 6 pm. We also have Saturday hours available, but clinicians are not required to work Saturdays unless they would like to!

Clients pay at the time of service and we do not accept insurance. Our clients have the option to self-submit to their insurance companies for reimbursement.
