Founded by triple-board-certified psychiatrist Dr. Pari Deshmukh (Dr. Desh), our rapidly growing company delivers patient-focused care through active listening, personalized treatment plans, and a collaborative approach with families and care teams.

We’re looking for licensed Clinical Psychologists who want to grow their career in skilled nursing and assisted living settings, while making a genuine difference in the lives of older adults.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to skilled nursing and assisted living facilities (30–60 minutes each way)
• Conduct psychotherapy assessments, screenings, and neuropsychological testing
• Develop and recommend non-pharmacological interventions
• Provide talk therapy to patients and support families/staff as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
• Document care notes and meet daily productivity/encounter requirements
• Respond to facility calls (no formal on-call duties)

What You’ll Need

• Active Florida Psychologist License (PsyD or PhD)
• NPI Number
• Ability to pass Level 2 Screening & provide verifiable references
• Strong communication skills, organization, and efficiency
• Passion for patient advocacy and geriatric care

• Full-time | Monday – Friday | Day Shift
