ACES is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analyst candidates for the Lead Behavior Analyst position within the Clinical Services Department. This position is within the school consultation branch of Clinical Services. It entails some direct consultative work, BCBA supervision, and program oversight.
This is a 10-month (186 days) position with mandatory ESY.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct consultative services within the school consultation branch of Clinical Services.
- Supervise Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), offering clinical guidance and mentorship.
- Oversee and ensure the quality of behavior programs and services.
- Coordinate and support implementation of behavior intervention plans across school-based settings.
- Collaborate with educational teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes for students.
- Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and organizational standards.
- Contribute to data collection, program evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Stay current with evidence-based practices in behavior analysis and share knowledge with team members.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Clinical Services to align school consultation practices with departmental goals and strategic initiatives.
- Assist the Director of Clinical Services in developing and implementing systems for clinical quality assurance and service consistency.
- Design and maintain structures to monitor fidelity of behavioral program implementation and outcomes.
- Participate in the creation and refinement of performance metrics for behavior analysts and clinical support staff.
- Lead professional development initiatives, including onboarding, ongoing training, and competency-based skill building for clinical staff.
- Conduct formal and informal performance evaluations of supervisees, offering feedback and individualized growth plans.
- Provide recommendations to the Director of Clinical Services regarding staff performance, clinical effectiveness, and programmatic improvements.
- Assist Behavior Analysts in supervising and supporting BCBA candidates and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring compliance with BACB supervision standards and promoting clinical skill development.
- This position may involve some consultation, training, and or supervision within some of the ACES internal programs.

All candidates must hold their BCBA certification and state license for a minimum of 5 years. In addition, must have a minimum of 5 years of experience providing school-based consultation within the public schools.
Must meet the BACB Supervision Requirements to supervise RBTs and BCBA exam candidates.
