Contract Dates: August 18, 2025 – June 1, 2026
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday–Friday
Salary Range: $53,000 – $67,000

About the Opportunity:
AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time School Social Worker to serve two elementary schools in Sycamore, IL. This position offers the opportunity to make an impact across two close-knit school communities, supporting students in grades K–5.

You will maintain a manageable caseload of 15–20 students, allowing for a focus on high-quality, individualized support. This is an onsite role with a consistent school-day schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct social work services to students, including individual and small group counseling

*
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student well-being and academic success

*
Develop and implement interventions for social-emotional and behavioral needs

*
Participate in IEP meetings and provide case management for assigned students

*
Support crisis intervention and prevention initiatives within both buildings

Qualifications:
*
Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker Endorsement

*
Experience in an elementary school setting preferred

*
Strong collaboration and communication skills

*
Passion for supporting the social-emotional growth of young learners
