Weekdays Monday through Fridays from 8a to 5p, with One (1) hour lunch, no weekends or holidays.
Job Description
- Collaborate with support nursing staff and with providers for patient care.
- Housing: Information can be found under the 'Facility Group Document section.
- Orientation: on Mondays only - If your traveler misses the compliance deadline, they will be pushed to the following scheduled Orientation.
- Three (3) year Case Management Experience.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with company match is available to full-time employees after 1 year of service.
