Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator & Client Care Coordinator to join our real estate team. This role will begin as a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time for the right candidate. The ideal person will have strong administrative skills, a working knowledge of marketing principles, and preferably some experience in real estate.
This position is perfect for someone who loves keeping things organized, enjoys event planning, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Maintain and organize our CRM database, ensuring client records are accurate and up to date.
- Manage files and documentation for pending real estate transactions from contract to close.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Track deals, closings, numbers.
Clients & Events
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing client appreciation events and community outreach activities.
- Putting together client gifts and touch points.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and branding.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable learning and working in CRM systems, social media platforms, the MLS and basic design tools (Canva).
- Real estate experience preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Reliable transportation.
Compensation & Schedule
- Part-time to start, with potential to expand into full-time.
- Flexible hours with in-office presence required at least.
- Some evenings and weekends will be required for events.
- $20/Hour - 20 hours/week starting.
