Position Summary

Bostick Truck Company (BTC), the area’s leading commercial upfitting and service provider is seeking a Sales and Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is a vital member of our sales team, responsible for managing vehicle intake, order processing, and customer communications to ensure a smooth sales experience. This role supports both administrative functions and direct customer engagement, providing an excellent foundation for growth into a full inside sales position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee vehicle intake and order management, enhancing the customer experience, including quoting and customer follow-ups.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records and assist with all sales-related documentation.
  • Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in visits, delivering professional and high-quality service.
  • Develop extensive knowledge of BTC’s truck equipment and upfitting options to effectively support customer needs.
  • Assist sales representatives with business development, online sales, order follow-up, and customer relationship management.
  • Progress into an inside sales role, independently managing retail customers and sales processes at our Pontiac location.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a dealership, service advisor, or inside sales role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customer-focused enthuiasm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM or dealership management systems.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and a proactive self-starter eager to learn the commercial vehicle industry.

  • Salary starting at $55,000/year with commission opportunities after 6 months.
