Loqui Wellness Center is a growing group private practice that provides psychotherapy services via in-office (Western Suburbs of Illinois) and virtual therapy to people navigating challenges in all stages and walks of life. We serve a wide range of individuals, couples and families requesting counseling services for a variety of mental health concerns. We are currently hiring for the role of a full-time Clinical Therapist.

  • Support and Growth: Weekly supervision for candidates who are pre-licensed, a collaborative team environment, and group supervision on a bi-weekly basis.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Master’s (Required) in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
  • License/Certification: Active Illinois license (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent)
  • A minimum of 1 year working with at least one of these client populations: children and adolescents, adults, couples and families
  • Open to providing individual and/or couple’s therapy
  • Available to work some evenings or weekends
  • Be willing to build their caseload to a minimum of 23 clients
  • Responsible for having a reliable internet connection (for remote work) and computer with webcam and audio capabilities (for remote and in person work)
  • Be culturally competent and inclusive

Responsibilities

  • Providing individual, couples, family or group therapy services
  • Build and maintain a caseload of 23 clients or more
  • Maintaining timely communication with clients and team members
  • Completing progress notes and other required documents
  • Attending staff meetings and training
  • Exercising sound clinical judgment

The ideal candidate would

  • Have the capacity to be proactive, skilled, attuned, and highly engaging with clients
  • Be able to work independently and maintain proper communication and paperwork
  • Have experience in providing evidence-based counseling to individuals within a solid framework or treatment approach, or have a strong motivation to learn
  • Have an interest or knowledge in a specific therapeutic modality or population
  • Have additional training or experience in an evidenced-based practice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
