About Job

Work during school hours! Holidays and Summers off! Support amazing teachers!!!

We are currently interviewing enthusiastic BCBAs to support in Crystal Lake and surrounding areas!

Our Love Your Classroom, LLC Behavior Analysts serve as classroom-based consultants to help educators better understand behavior management and implement strategies to reduce problem behavior.

We provide consultation in two models: Single Student Services and Classroom Coaching. Single Student Services include conducting a Functional Behavioral Assessment and assisting the district in developing a research and function-based Behavioral Intervention Plan.

Our team utilizes Behavior Skills Training (BST) to support the school staff in learning and carrying out the plans. Classroom Coaching is a model in which the BCBA works with one educator at a time (and his/her support staff) providing BST during classroom instruction to increase educator confidence with student behavior and get best practices into place. Our services are provided in both general and special education settings and across all age/grade levels.

We are considering candidates for both salaried employee and hourly independent contract positions at this time. This model allows the BCBA with the autonomy to set their own schedule, following training in both service models. Both in-school services and report writing are billable times. Frequent peer support with a Lead BCBA to provide ongoing training and community in behavior analysis is also considered billable time.

Since contracts are carried out for multiple school districts, BCBAs are free to set their appointments for consultation and leave when they are through with little to no to-do list of action items outside of billable time.

Upfront training is provided to all BCBAs to develop proficiency in our service model. Coachability is highly valued in this company as we provide an innovative service to our districts unmatched by other companies.

BCBA is responsible for the scheduling of appointments and accurate reporting of hours spent in consultation.

BCBA is compensated for mileage when traveling to and from districts, receiving the national reimbursement rate for travel (currently 67 cents/mile)
