Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide per-diem in-home psychotherapy services in Rockland County, NY. This role is ideal for clinicians interested in working with the elderly population and who are looking for a flexible schedule with competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual psychotherapy and mental health support to clients in their homes.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with NYS regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Ensure ethical and confidential handling of client information.

Requirements:

• Active New York State license as an LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC.
• Experience providing mental health services, preferably in-home or with elderly clients.
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible per-diem caseload.
• Reliable transportation for home visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Russian Speaking Required
• Multilingual (Spanish, French, Yiddish, or other languages) – not required but highly valued.
• Familiarity with geriatric mental health and home-based clinical care.

Compensation:

• $45 - $60 per session, based on experience and credentials.
