• Limited License: Hourly $26.68 - 35.91

Job Summary:
Seeking an Social worker to provide assessment, treatment planning, and therapy for adolescents and adults with substance use and/or mental health disorders. Role involves managing a caseload, maintaining timely documentation.

Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience (including internship/fieldwork) working with individuals with mental illness and substance use disorders – Required.
• Substance Use Disorder experience - Required
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling – Required.

Certifications & Licenses:

• Active Michigan license (LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP, LMSW, LPC, or LLP) – Required

(Candidates without a license may be considered but must obtain state licensure within 60 days of hire)

• CAADC credential or active MCBAP Development Plan – Required within 6 weeks of hire.
• Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credential – Required within 120 days of hire.

Shift Notes: Monday through Thursday 8:30 am to 7 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm. Evening hours will be required and determined based on program needs.
