Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Outpatient Therapist & Clinical Supervisor

Experienced Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) are invited to join a dedicated clinical team in a hybrid role that combines outpatient therapy with supervision and mentorship of associate therapists. This flexible position offers remote work options as well as in-person sessions at modern facilities throughout Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

Clinical Care

• Provide high-quality outpatient therapy to a diverse client population.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other clinical staff for integrated care.
• Utilize a full spectrum of mental health services, including Medication Management, Spravato, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).

Supervision & Mentorship

• Supervise associate therapists working toward LPC licensure.
• Mentor and support therapists in case management, documentation, and professional growth.
• Foster clinical excellence and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in mental health therapy or behavioral health services.
• Interest or experience in clinical supervision and mentorship.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to ethical, client-centered care.
