Heal Therapy & Consulting is a group of licensed clinical professionals specializing in comprehensive diagnostic assessments and personalized therapy for neurodivergent individuals and their families. With expertise in autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental conditions, we provide accurate assessments, to guide targeted interventions. Our approach is tailored to each individual's strengths, fostering coping skills, self-advocacy, and personal growth.
Role Overview
We are seeking skilled and compassionate therapists to join our collaborative clinical team. This role is ideal for therapists who value flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work with neurodivergent individuals, couples, and families. Therapists can expect to manage their own caseloads, set their own schedules, and are supported by an infrastructure for supervision, support, and administrative resources to allow for therapists to focus on providing their services to their patients.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality psychotherapy, diagnostic assessments, and consulting services that adheres to ethical and professional standards
- Utilize the practice management software for patient documentation, scheduling, and communication
- Monitor patient progress, provide follow-up communications to patients & family, care coordination recommendations for additional resources, and appropriate goal setting for patients seeking services
- Ensure timely and thorough clinical documentation of patient sessions
- Maintain the highest standards of ethics, policy, and confidentiality as described in HIPAA Privacy & Security policies
- Collaborate with patients and families to define treatment goals
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health field (e.g., psychology, social work, marriage, family therapy, and/or counseling)
- Posses an active clinical license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Passionate about impacting lives and the future of therapy for neurodivergent individuals and their families
- Experience supporting families and/or caregivers of neurodivergent individuals
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and rapport building skills
- Experience in effectively managing a growing therapy case load
- Currently possess an active National Provider Identifier (NPI) Type 1 Number
- Currently possess an active Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) Number
- Proficient in detailed clinical documentation and patient record keeping
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years clinical therapy experience, ideally with autistic, ADHD, or other individuals within the neurodivergent population
- Familiarity with neurodiversity-affirming principles
- Actively credentialed with the following insurance carriers: Aetna, United, Quest, IBX, Highmark, Cigna, & Capital Cross

Pay: $60.00 - $120.00 per hour
