Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Our partner school district in Hartford, CTis looking for a dedicated BCBA to support students and staff for the full 20252026 school year. The ideal candidate will bring strong ABA knowledge and a passion for student success.

Schedule:

• Start: 08/07/2025

• End: 05/22/2026

• MondayFriday, 37.5 hours/week

• On-site only

Pay Rate:
$50-55/hour (DOE)

Requirements:

• BCBA Certification

• State licensure (if applicable)

• Experience with behavior support in K12 environments
