Join our team as a Counselor, A&D at the Beaverton Recovery Center in Washington County!

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based individual and group counseling to individuals recovering from substance use disorders.
• Manage a caseload, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care including housing, employment, and follow-up services.
• Utilize a strength-based and motivational approach to empower clients towards long-term stability.
• Requirements include at least two years of college in an addictions-related field, 6+ months of behavioral health experience, and CADC-R certification within 30 days.
• Additional skills include strong communication, case management, and familiarity with electronic records.
• Availability for a Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM schedule with benefits, career growth, and a supportive work environment.
