Who We Are
DePriest Center is a statewide, faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing integrated outpatient services for mental health and substance use recovery. We offer a full continuum of care—including IOP, LIOP, and individual counseling—through a trauma-informed, co-occurring lens.

What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial spiritual assessments and individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups
- Maintain timely documentation aligned with ethical, legal, and payer standards
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support holistic client care
- Engage with clients and colleagues in a way that reflects the love of Christ and upholds the highest standards of professional care
- Support continuity of care through effective communication and teamwork
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Active licensure in Tennessee or license-eligible (LPC/MHSP, LMFT, LCSW, LMSW, LADAC)
- Ability to work independently while embracing team collaboration
- Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and integration of faith and clinical care
Preferred:
- Experience treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
- Familiarity with TherapyAppointment or other EHR platforms
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Work Location: In-person (Murfreesboro, TN) with potential hybrid flexibility
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive per-session rate based on license type and experience
Schedule: Minimum 25+ for full-time clinical status
Licensure Supervision: Available based on provider needs and clinical status
