About Job

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Works closely with the Clinical Director to assist with treatment services, administrative, and correctional tasks involving responsibility for aspects of a Community Corrections Day Reporting Center and Evidence-Based Treatment (IOP) program for non-violent felony offenders.

  • Provide offenders with evidence-based treatment programming and substance abuse treatment, conduct intakes and assessments, provide individual therapy (if qualified), and conduct and monitor group counseling.
  • Monitor individual and group therapies, develop individual treatment plans, complete and maintain documentation according to state and federal guidelines.
  • Provide counseling, referrals, intervention services and potentially mental health assessments (MHSP).
  • Some travel required between Blount and Hamblen offices using company vehicle.
  • Annual pay determined by type of licensed credentials and experience in providing treatment services.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications*:* Graduation from an accredited university or college with a minimum education of a Masters level degree and include at a minimum one (1) of the following clinical designations: LPC, LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LSPE, Psychologist and must possess the proper license and credentials through the Tennessee Health-Related Boards; **or**
  • May apply if an applicant has a temporary Masters level LPC-MHSP
  • After state provided training. Must receive and maintain current Risk and Needs Assessment Certification.
  • Valid Tennessee Driver license.
