Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
: Hold a state license to conduct alcohol and drug counseling (LADAC II), to conduct treatment supervised by the Masters level counselor or Clinical Program Manager
After state provided training. Must receive and maintain current Risk and Needs Assessment Certification
Valid Tennessee Driver license.

- Works closely with the Clinical Director to assist with treatment services, administrative, and correctional tasks involving responsibility for aspects of a Community Corrections Day Reporting Center and Evidence-Based Treatment (IOP) program for non-violent felony offenders.
- Provide offenders with evidence-based treatment programming and substance abuse treatment, conduct intakes and assessments, and conduct group counseling.
- Complete and maintain documentation according to state and federal guidelines.
- Provide counseling, referrals, intervention services and potentially mental health assessments (MHSP).
- Some travel required between Blount and Hamblen offices using company vehicle.
