This is a full-time on-site role for a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, located in New York, NY. The Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor will be responsible for assessing clients' vocational skills, interests, and desires; developing individualized rehabilitation plans; providing career counseling and job search assistance; coordinating with employers and other service providers; maintaining detailed records of clients' progress and outcomes; and advocating for clients' rights and needs within the vocational rehabilitation process.

• Experience in career counseling and job search assistance
• Skills in assessing vocational skills, interests, and developing individualized rehabilitation plans
• Strong coordination and communication with employers and other service providers
• Ability to maintain detailed records and documentation
• Advocacy skills to support clients' rights and needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Relevant certifications (such as CRC - Certified Rehabilitation Counselor) are a plus
