Summary
As the Membership Director, you will be responsible for overseeing membership operations and enhancing customer service to ensure a positive experience for all members. Reporting to upper management, you will utilize your core skills in inventory management, team management, and retail sales to drive membership growth and retention. Your premium skills in negotiation and employee orientation will aid in recruiting and training staff effectively. Additionally, your relevant skills in marketing and time management will support initiatives aimed at increasing member engagement and satisfaction within the organization.
