Psychiatry Opportunity – General Adult

1. Employee of the Medical Center
2. Inpatient – 32 adult bed unit
3. Opportunity for outpatient rotational work as well (if desired)
4. Shared call with other psychiatrists 1:4
5. Annual Salary of $200,000 to $235,000 +
6. Signing Bonus
7. Educational loan repayment program
8. Designated location for New York State Regents Loan Forgiveness
9. Life Insurance with face value of $200,000
10. Health insurance, individual or family, 80% paid by MC; includes a prescription plan and three different plans to choose from
11. Dental insurance, individual or family, Two plans to choose from
12. Thirty-one (31) days of paid time off (PTO) – holidays, vacation, short time sick
13. Occurrence medical liability insurance; $1.3 million each/$3.9 million aggregate (Lowest area of malpractice claims in New York State)
14. 401-k program participation after 90 days of employment
15. 401-k match by MC after one year anniversary
16. Pension plan contribution by MC after one year anniversary-calendar year
17. Reimbursement of NYS license and DEA registration during period of employment
18. Five (5) days of paid CME
19. $3000 for hospital approved professional society dues and/or educational expenses
20. Relocation moving expenses up to $10,000 with receipts
21. H1-B visa sponsorship and financial support for immigration services as applicable
